The Cheese Dairy premises were originally designed in a simple style, yet its interior hides a fascinating combination of past and future, tradition and innovation. Entering the “Fromagerie” is not simply a question of going shopping. Entering the “Fromagerie” means becoming part of a concept which not only aims to produce high-quality cheese but to endorse “healthy eating” through the sale of other traditional products, promotion of cultural events, tastings, and themes associated with local gastronomic traditions in Val d’Ayas.
